To ensure the best experience for all our guests, please take a moment to review our policies:
To help keep our prices as low as possible, 3% checkout fee will be applied to all credit card transactions
7-Day Service Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our priority. If your gel polish or enhancements chip within 7 days of your service, we offer complimentary repairs. Please contact us as soon as possible to schedule a repair appointment.
No Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds on any services. If you are not satisfied, please let our management know before you leave the salon so we can make it right.
Health & Safety: For your protection, please inform our technicians of any allergies, medical conditions (e.g., diabetes), or physical sensitivities before your service begins.
Child Safety: We love kids! However, for safety reasons, children must be supervised by an adult at all times and are not permitted to run or play in the salon area.
Alcohol & Beverages: Complimentary drinks are limited to 1 per guest (21+ only, ID required). Please enjoy responsibly.
Right to Refuse Service: Our staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, intoxicated, or whose health conditions may pose a risk to others.
Valuables: The Nail Lounge Spa is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
